Favorite Food:
I love Mexican food, a good steak, and anything that incorporates fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, and balsamic dressing.
Hobbies:
I am a proud dog mom with four dogs. I enjoy spoiling them by making home-made dog food and treats, planning puppy play dates, and snuggling away a lazy weekend.
I am a fanatic for most anything Star Wars and Harry Potter. We have a collection of both Star Wars and Harry Potter Lego memorabilia, and of course enjoy watching the movies.
I enjoy most anything creative. Cooking, home decorating, or planning get-togethers with friends. I also enjoy beading and sewing. Unfortunately, my skill at shopping for craft supplies or fabric far exceeds my skill at completing the many craft projects on my list.
I can most often be found listening to audiobooks from my favorite authors while I am busy whatever crafty hobby has caught my attention at the moment.

My passion is connecting with clients and their families through nutrition counseling and education. I enjoy finding creative and new ways to show my clients that a healthy diet is attainable for every cultural group, for every income level, and for their entire household. Everyone can put together healthy low cost meals for themselves and their families while meeting their health goals. I counsel that moderation, variety and balance are the cornerstones of healthy eating habits while encouraging appropriate lifestyle modifications based on the individual needs and goals.
